Your CRomnibus, just showed it’s true colors….

I am feeling a whole mix emotions, confused, disappointed and angry. After the #CROmnibus Bill passed the House on Thursday, I was so mad, I went and ran stairs for quite a while. I was so heated and furious!
What is the CR Omnibus Bill? Great question….it’s a bill that is over 1600 pages long, I am going to be honest, I haven’t had time to read it, but that’s not my job….it’s Congresses job and well they decided they didn’t want to read it either! Ughhhh….anyways, I did however read what this bill entailed:
The bill authorizes congress to spend over 1 Trillion, ya…you read that right a TRILLION on specific programs between now and October 2015, that’s not even a whole year-ONE TRILLION to spend in 10 months! Last time I checked we were over 18 Trillion in debt….so hey what’s another trillion? My almost three year old and 1 year old can pick up the tab right??!!!!
The Bill included halting the legalizing process of marijuana in DC, which was overwhelmingly voted in favor of in the midterms. I really am blown away that Republicans are wasting their time on marijuana…..I don’t smoke that stuff, but I personally think there is a helluva lot more to get bent over shape over and Mary-Jane ain’t one of them…..but that’s just me.
The bill also had budget cuts for the IRS, and EPA, so that’s good….but here’s the kicker-
Under the CR Omnibus Bill, Obamacare is still funded, which Republicans swore to D-E-F-U-N-D! Granted no additional funding is being given to the IRS and DHHS, which are the two big orchestraters to Obamacare, but there is nothing now in play to stop the funding of FORCED healthcare! I can literately hear Freedom, being suffocated…can you?
Also, the CR Omnibus Bill funds Obama’s Executive Amnesty in a way, because Republicans wanted to limit the funding to the Dept of Homeland Security, in order to delay the process of this illegal amnesty, that the King demanded. This funding will continue until February of 2015. So in other words….we are still funding it! Do you get that, we are funding an illegal order by the president, when we promised to stop it!
What’s even more infuriating is the House created this BILL! They could have broken it up….but instead they tied a bunch of crap into one bill to appease everyone so it will pass.
Oh but the government will shut down….ummmm…hey it’s happened before and we’ve survived!
Oh but the military was going to be shut down too, then exercise your 2nd amendment right geeez…. I think we can hold our own while we are …being held hostage on a vote that mind you “we” Republican’s created! Ughhhh this is straight up blackmail if you ask me….
Does it not disturb you that Obama was whipping votes to pass this and that Boehner asked him to?? Gag!
Here’s the deal, we were lied to. Our elected officials said one thing to us, to get elected but then after campaigning and elections are over -deals are being done behind closed doors, deals WE the people would never approve of!
Wherever the BIG money is HOW they vote….and this….this is wrong….and in my eyes criminal.
I gave them my vote, my support and they betrayed me.
Ya…ya….I don’t know the politics at play, I don’t know what it’s like to be a part of the DC elect…you’re right-I don’t.
But here’s what I do know.
I know that I elected my Congressman based on a set of principles. Those principles were not witnessed in this vote.
I know that if you are voting on a Bill, READ the Bill…yes the whole DAMN thing!
I know that I don’t want my kids to endure the debt that these elected congressmen and women are driving us deeper into.
I know that if we continue on this path, of bigger government, backdoor deals, this concept of “you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours”….it is NOT about the people but about the politics. It’s not about the ones that sent you to Washington but instead about how you can get re-elected and hold your job.
I know that the system is corrupt, but this system is no longer the system it was intended to be. If our founding fathers were to witness what we have done to the Constitutional Republic of this great nation….they would be filled with great sorrow. I know that the voice of the people is no longer being heard and this cannot last. Political Representation was NEVER intended to be a career. In the beginning our representatives were, doctors, farmers, school teachers- who went to Washingtonto represent the people and then they returned home!
WE the People are no longer being represented….and this is causing great unrest.
I believe that a Revolution is at hand.
Why?
Because there are still those who cannot be bought, there are those who cannot be corrupted, there are those who hear the cry of America’s heartbeat and run! They run with passion, they fight fearlessly for freedom, they wake in the night burdened by responsibility, there are those who will SPEAK UP when others are silent, and there are those that hear the cry of the patriots before them and they will not let their work be in vain, there are those who will not surrender to the all powerful system at hand…..why….because corruption is evil, and in the end evil never wins. There are those who say “enough” and have had enough. You might not hear our voice now, but our numbers are growing.

No Gender December….please….

So December is #NoGenderDecember, and as I write this blog, I am preparing for all hell fire to break loose, because what I am about to say definitely conflicts with what the current culture would say, but hey….I have never been one to “fit in” so here goes…..
“No gender December” is a month set aside to encourage consumers to buy more inclusive, gender-neutral toys. Because, being gender neutral is “good.”
Gender neutral….please….
I think there can be a lot of confusion about gender, gender identity, gender dysphoria, hey, you name it and there doesn’t have to be. In fact, I think the media thrives on this, and even obsesses over this in a weird somewhat psychotically creepy kinda way. With viral video’s of boys choosing to be girls at the age of five, girls wanting to use boys restrooms, men professing to be women after being married for over twenty years with four kids, it can cause your head to spin, I get it….it can be a lot to take in.
Here’s the first thing I want to say, God made you, and he made your gender, and God does not make mistakes….never….not for a second, no matter who the hell tells you HE does….HE DOES NOT. God knew you before he formed you in your mother’s womb and HE knew what gender you were going to be.
Who says a boy can’t like pink or a girl can’t like pushing trucks and cars across the floor as a toddler….SOCIETY!!!! And they want to make you headline news if you want to kick a soccer ball around instead of play barbies too.  Ok so you may tend to be more masculine or feminine, big deal ….that doesn’t mean you are the wrong gender…..nope, it doesn’t. Why, because you are perfectly and fearfully made, and God does not make mistakes.
The absolutely amazing gift of GENDER: “God created mankind in his OWN image, in the image of God he created them; MALE and FEMALE he created them,” Genesis 1:27.
How awesome is that! We are created in the very image and likeness of God. He knows the feminine just as much as he knows the masculine.
What we have done as a society is deny Gender, “neutralize” it, instead of openly embracing it!
I don’t care what you say: MEN and WOMEN are different period.
We look different, we think different and yes, we solve differently.
I will be totally upset about something and vent to my husband, his first response is to SOLVE, not necessarily listen, but SOLVE, and all I want is someone to LISTEN to me complain for a second geeeez!
The picture of “feminine” is seen today on almost every magazine cover as a- pre-pubescent girl in stilettos with NO curves, and she is to be representing women and all our “femininity!” Come on, really!??
Goes the same way for guys too….try shopping with a man that’s 6’5, 210lb (my husband), you would think that he was an alien from another planet with his stature….all stores today solely suite the metro-sexual mans lifestyle -if you are taller than 6 foot and have broad shoulders, you are a gargantuan that needs to go on a diet to shrink….your height??? Ummmm….is that even possible??? Ughhhh…..
Here’s the deal….and my point, your gender, is fascinating. It is! Why?  Because the Creator of the universe consists of BOTH and He is the Creator, and he made you the gender you ARE.
I believe our job as parents is to shine light on the absolute awesomeness of GENDER!
To be a guy and stand and pee-AWESOME!
To be a woman and have the ability to nurse a baby with her breast alone, in the early months of life, -Awesome!
To be a man, and think farting is Awesome-Awesome (I guess 😉 )!
To be a woman, and have the ability to grow life inside of you, Awesome!
To be a man, and have the ability to consume alcohol, and that not result in talking all about the “drama” in your life-Awesome!
To be a women, and to not consume any alcohol, and with total liberty, talk about all the drama in your life, Awesome!
We are different, and different it GOOD.
I was guided as a child, and I think that’s where the new “en vogue” generation of my time has completely lost it. It has not resulted in progress but instead, complete and utter confusion. Parents don’t know their ass from their elbows anymore. Moms today don’t know whether to panic or rejoice if their two year old boy picks up a truck to play with….and they question if their daughter will have some form of an eating disorder if she plays with barbies….enough!!!! Geeeezzz… Enough….
I say we guide and encourage our boys to explore their masculinity and we guide and encourage our girls to explore their femininity. We have become so shell shocked as parents that any form of parenting at this point is seen as invasive in our own child’s exploration of self and this….this is insanity!
If the role of parent is not to guide, then what is it???
I believe the role of parent is to openly embrace and encourage the gender in which our child was designed.
To praise, celebrate and explore our gender, not to deny it.
“You want to wear mommies lipstick, well I want to be able to pee outside in the bushes like you do! But, we are different and being different is awesome….NOT bad!”
It is our differences that make us unique.
Just because your daughter likes airplanes, doesn’t mean she wouldn’t like a doll too….have you offered her one?
If our boys knew how fully awesome it was to be boys and our girls new how fully awesome it was to be girls….we’d have a lot less confusion, questioning…..and second guessing….


Protest THIS

While, the fury of injustice flames burn bright, fueled by anger, hate, major concern, coupled with a whirlwind of questions -major changes are taking place to our country. “Hey….look at this shiny red ball, while I completely violate the Constitution and the will of the people!” That IS what is happening. Ahhhh I know the burning buildings flames are bright and those that can afford to, are too busy buying gifts for the upcoming holidays so there’s a lot to distract us from what our administration is up to….. 
What is so crazy about this Executive Order on Amnesty, is that the ones so many are protesting for, looting for, rioting for, and marching for, are the ones that will get hit by this order the hardest, these are the ones who are going to feel this massive blow the most.
There are 45 million Americans living in poverty right now. Families ran by single mother’s, according to the US Census Bureau, are the highest ranking when it comes to poverty. The poverty rate for African Americans is higher than all other races at 27%.
Interesting fact: according to the National PovertyCenter at the Universityof Michigan: “In 2010, 19.9 percent of foreign-born residents lived in poverty, compared to 14.4 percent of residents born in the United States. Foreign-born, non-citizens had an even higher incidence of poverty, at a rate of 26.7 percent.”
Let’s make this simple and easy to understand…..because that’s how I like it…..I am a busy mom, with little time for mumbo jumbo.
What causes poverty?
Where do I begin, there are many factors actually, but I am going to name three for the sake of time-when blogs get too long people stop reading.
1) One of the major causes is it’s a cycle, a trap that very hard to get out of. Generations, after generations have been caught in this circular hell hole, without the ability to get out!
2) As mentioned earlier, very few two parent households are in poverty, and it is single moms, who are most often caught in this bondage.
3) The Economy, jobs…..the creations of jobs or lack there of….can cause one from being “kinda” poor to living in total poverty.
Why am I saying all this? Great question!
Well….while all this insanity of Juries not indicting on questionable crimes committed by those in authority…..a lot is happening behind closed doors….or actually open doors….wide open doors but no one is noticing because buildings are burning.
I mentioned a few weeks ago on Facebook that the verdict for the Michael Brown would come in close to the time Obama would choose to issue his Executive order on amnesty….well I was right (or close to it….they were separated by like three days). And, it doesn’t come as a surprise either that the Congressional House has put forth a bill today, to stop Obama on his Executive order the day after the decision not to indict the officer responsible for the death of Eric Garner, a black man trying to make a dime in a shitty economy by selling non taxed cigarettes in New York City, which is causing deserved outrage.
The whole amnesty thing though, will get little press or time in the media because of the crazy madness and hyped drama of race and police brutality that is headlining all news sources right now. I am not arguing that police brutality and racism don’t exist, they DO-but I believe these specific circumstances are currently being used as distractions to the bigger picture.
Poverty and crime go hand in hand. 
You throw in a single mom trying to raise kids on her own, in a crappy economy-you are pretty much screwed. But then to add having to compete with the influx of millions of illegal immigrants to find work (who according to the interesting fact above, tend to fall into poverty themselves)…..you are inflicting much more pain. But to then add an incentive (a tax break) of 3,000 dollars (that falls under Obamacare) to employ illegal immigrants over US citizens….you are asking for all hell to break loose.
Every protester marching the streets, rioting, protesting and so forth should instead be outside the White House. Because the All Powerful OZ is illegally issuing orders that will inflict a deeper level of poverty on people already in the struggle, resulting in an onslaught of tribulation.
Where is the outrage? The man that said he was “for you” is doing NOTHING FOR YOU.
Which makes me wonder….why? Why would someone do this?
Why would someone want more people in poverty, more people receiving welfare? More people leaning on government aid, because lets be honest,  it’s damn hard out there!

I don’t think you have to really wonder….you just have to open your eyes. You just have to step back from all the chaos and drama, and look to see there are much bigger powers at play…..or you could just keep looking at that shiny red ball.

Reagan did it…..WRONG!

I am so over Liberals comparing what Reagan did with Amnesty to what Obama is about to do!
Just to clarify, in 1986, Congress passed a full-blown amnesty act, known as the Simpson-Mazzoli Act. This granted residency rights to roughly 3 million families. Now there were a few issues after this was passed. Some qualified for amnesty and some did not.  This left cases in which some spouses qualified and some did not, causing separation of immediate family members, mom gotta stay-dad had to go. Nobody wanted to see this happen, so Reagan through Executive order fixed these particular situations. Now I LOVE Reagan, I seriously love him, but the Simpson Mazzoli Act did not go exactly as planned. 
The act was to be strictly enforced but ahhhh when it comes to the government enforcing anything it’s often a fail (except for the IRS-they’ll get ya every time). So, because the act was not strictly enforced illegal immigration actually increased immensely the years following the mass amnesty. (Which is why the border MUST be secured before any immigration reform takes place-common sense right) To say “Reagan did it”- is showing no knowledge of our errors made in history.  A grant of “amnesty for all” to solve our immigration problems is not a solution.
Now, realize under Reagan the mass amnesty was all done with Congressional involvement. What Obama plans to do is to override Congress completely which is totally unconstitutional! Just because one’s conscious leads one to “feel” a certain way about immigration does not mean you can do whatever the hell you want to “feel” better.
The Constitution and the separation of powers were put into place to protect our liberty. One particular branch of power is not to be “more” powerful than the others. Ignoring the other branches that are part of our framework is insanity and illegal!!! For Obama to postpone deportations and impose his own conditions on those delays,  is essentially rewriting the LAW. Hellooooooooo you can’t re-write the law without going through congress! Obama obviously never watched school house rock!
 Obama took an oath to uphold the law, not to re-write the law. Just because you don’t like the law, doesn’t mean that you are allowed to break it and act like an Emperor! Obama is NOT the law maker, he was elected to be the LAW enforcer! I don’t care if you are for immigration reform or not, but supporting a president that is defying our very framework, does not make you sympathetic to the illegal immigrant situation but instead supports a man that is violating laws that he swore to protect and this……this….is un-American and without a doubt wrong.
My question is at what point is enough enough!??? At what point do people wake the hell up???!!!!

This is where liberty dies! Do people understand this? If we no longer uphold the laws that protect liberty….than liberty will be lost. 

Those Feet

Those Feet
She grips my two fingers tightly, squeezing them in her tiny hand, no words are spoken but there is total understanding….don’t let me fall mommy. With each step I can feel her courage grow, leaving the comfort of crawling behind, she is now beginning to walk on her feet. Ahhh those feet, those teeny tiny little bubbly feet, they will grow. Soon she’ll want me to paint her toes, I know that time is coming. She’ll begin to notice SHOES-and oh’ man-once that starts it will never end! She’ll probably want the shoes that light up-she loves lights.
Those feet will carry her through life. When I pray for her, I pray that she “lives to be an old old woman wise in her years.” I have spoken this over her since she was growing inside my womb.
I can’t imagine all that lies ahead for her and her precious feet.
There will be days that those feet are tired and need to be rubbed and soaked in a hot tub. There will be days when those feet leap from the earth with joy. There will days when those feet experience overwhelming happiness and also days of trials and tests.
Those feet will lead her to make choice after choice.
My prayer is that her choices are the ones that God has chosen for her.
My prayer is that her identity is not found in man.
My prayer is that she is a leader and not a follower.
My prayer is that she knows who God says she is.
My prayer is that she is brave.
My prayer is that she knows true love.
My prayer is that she accomplishes all that God has called her to accomplish here on this earth.
And my prayer is that when she is that old-old woman wise in her years and her feet are aged by the years of life….that she has that peace that passes all understanding that can only be found in Jesus.
