Refugee Crisis

After an all out attack on France by Radical Islamic Extremists, I have got to ask liberals to stop being ignorant.

I recently read a post by a liberal who fully supports taking in refugees from Syria. They said that we can’t turn away thousands because of “one” bad guy, in referring to the Syrian refugee involved in the attacks in Paris. To correct -it was TWO refugees from Syria involved in the attack-not one. I’d also like to ask: what if that “one” bad guy showed up to your child’s school,  or shopping mall, or mass transit system? Are you willing to throw those dice?

I am not.

With the current Syrian Refugee crisis, I stand strongly against allowing Syrian refugees into the United States. There is no reason to put Americans in danger when we could easily aid and help these refugees by setting up safe zones in neighboring Middle Eastern countries. These refugees would also experience much less of a culture shock then if they were thrust into a westernized society.

Are these refugees then going to get jobs? With the 94 million Americans currently out of work, are these refugees now going to compete in the job market? If not, are tax payers going to be supporting them along with the 110 million Americans currently on welfare? Can we not take care of our own first? What about the thousands of homeless veterans that have served our country….are they to continue to take a back seat?

This is not bigoted, hateful, racists or “non” Christian of me to say……it’s truth. The truth anymore has been completely shut up due to political correctness….but that does not make the truth less of a truth. The logical, and most fiscal approach to this crisis is to set up safe zones in Syria or neighboring countries and meet the needs of the refugees there.

In February,  FBI Assistant Director for Counter-terrorism Michael Steinbach testified that the “United States does not have “systems in places on the ground” in Syria to collect enough information to properly screen refugee program applicants.”

In other words there is no way to verify that those who come into our country through this refugee program have good intentions. Do you really think when a terrorist (posing as a refugee) is asked if they are a terrorist that they will answer “yes”??? These refugees don’t have paperwork….there’s no verification taking place. The line of questioning might as well be: Are you a terrorist? Answer: “No” ……ok come on in….

Ask yourself, just how has this worked for France? They are a product of opening up their borders to the Syrian Refugees…..

I have also heard a lot of people say we just need to put out this evil with “Love.”

What was witnessed in Paris, France on Friday, or the Tunisian Beach Massacre this summer, or the shooting down of the Russian Airliner killing 224 people just weeks ago, or the thousands of Iraqi Christians slaughtered over the last year…..was not simply evil, it was the Devil Incarnate and the Devil does not respond to love…..the devil hates love, he despises it…..so the only way to defeat the Devil….is to annihilate those he operates through.

I urge you to call your Governor and Senators and encourage them to help these refugees in their own countries by setting up safe zones…..

 

 

 

 

 

Are you a victim of the Main Stream Media’s Manipulation?

It was years ago that I stopped listening to the mainstream media….and that’s when I started to really find truth. After Wednesday night’s GOP debate on CNBC-what had been accusation for years became evident-the media IS biased. For years Conservatives have claimed that the mainstream media is pushing a liberal agenda but on Wednesday night these claims were verified.

It’s funny, I saw a recent clip of Whoopi Goldberg saying that Republican candidates shouldn’t be complaining about the questions they were asked and they should “grow some nuts.”

Huh…..I don’t see it as complaining….no….I see this is as “we have had enough!” Enough of the biased, liberal agenda being shoved down our throats! We are mad as hell and we aren’t going to take it anymore!

The debate looked like the candidates were criminals being interrogated! No questions on their policies were asked!

“Are you a comic book villain?”

“Do you hate your job?”

“…….You have a lack of bookkeeping skills?”

“Why don’t you resign?”

“Is that why you are having a difficult time in this room?”

“Should the Government Regulate Fantasy Football?”

“Is this a comic book version of a Presidential campaign?”

“Can you do math?”

“Why have your numbers fallen?”

Liberals are saying that none of the candidates answered the “substantive” questions…..

Geez, maybe it’s just me, but I just don’t see the questions above as “substantive.” Oh and this debate was supposed to encompass Economic issues…really….I mean….really?

An Example of a Substantive Question :

“How would you work to balance the budget?”

“How do we get the 94 million people who are out of work -working again?”

“How do we get the 50 million  who are in poverty out of poverty?”

“How do we inspire independence among Americans and less dependence on Government among Americans?”

You see, I watched the Democratic (Socialist) Debate….and after hours….yes hours of the Candidates on stage promising FREE things if they were voted for…..NOT ONE of the moderators asked HOW ARE YOU GOING TO SUCCESSFULLY PAY FOR THESE FREEBIES. To me, that would have been a substantial question.

If you are just now realizing the biased media …….welcome and congratulations……but you now are going to have to WORK to find out who is telling the truth….because fyi-it’s NOT your nightly news sources.

One simple and easy way to tell if you are a victim of the mainstream media’s manipulation is to ask yourself this question on our state of the Union:

‘Has the “unemployment” rate been at low rate under Obama?’

If you say ‘yes’ —–then you are a victim of the Main Stream Media’s Manipulation 😦

I am sorry….take a breath….I know at first realization it’s hard to acknowledge and accept…..but know that we have all been there 🙂

You see the unemployment numbers ARE horrendous. The mainstream media will only report those that are ON unemployment and looking for work. The media will not report those that are no longer receiving unemployment and those who have stopped looking for work……(which is a ton of people by the way-94 million).

This is just ONE of the hundreds of ways the media twists it’s reporting to benefit the liberal left.

The list unfortunately is endless….

But the more people that wake up and realize that truth is not being presented….the better shot we have of accountable journalism.

What I witnessed on Wednesday night is CALLING THE MEDIA OUT ON IT’S MANIPULATIVE AGENDA!

I am proud of the candidates courage to say ENOUGH.

Perhaps this is a turning point….time will tell.

The Individual

I don’t even really know where to begin….and that’s not good to say when I am sitting down to write what I thought of the Democratic Debate.

By now you have probably read most of the commentary out there. “Hillary won”….”no Bernie won” and “Jim Webb is in the wrong party,” those are just some of the one-liners-I’ve heard being tossed around. I sat there Tuesday night-mouth open and kinda in shock. My first remark is to inform any Democrat out there that your party is no longer Democrat. The days of the JFK and Roosevelt blue-blooded democrats are no more. The days of “classic liberalism” are now to be mentions in the History Books. The Democrat Party has become the party of Socialism.

I witnessed those on stage trying to ‘out promise’ the others on what they will freely give away if elected! Free College, Free Healthcare, Free early childhood education, Free Day Care, Free College to ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS…..Free-Free-Free! There was no mention of “how” this will all be paid for-just that the Rich will have ‘all hell’ taxed out of them and that  “might”-“let’s hope” -pay for it all! Because now, it is the Governments role to decide when the Rich are too rich-according to those bracing the stage Tuesday evening. There was no mention of our current 18 trillion in debt. As I watched the candidates promise ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS Free college. There was no mention of the thousands upon thousands of Veterans who are jobless/homeless and need of health services. There was no mention or deciphering between Illegal Immigrants and LEGAL Immigrants- and yes-there’s a difference. There was no mention of the 94 million Americans currently out of work. There was no mention of the 50 million living in poverty. There was no mention of the 46 million Americans on food-stamps. There was no mention of HOW to create jobs….no….just “Free” crap was promised to get your vote. If Bernie Sanders were to be the President, he’d take our country into an additional 18 Trillion in Debt. If Hillary were to be elected President-it be continuing on the path we are on now folks, and the numbers (above) aren’t good.

As I sat there I thought, ‘why?’ Why is Socialism resonating with Americans at all? (Socialism-the concept of the redistribution of wealth through government confiscation).

It was last night I was listening to Glenn Beck on the radio and it all clicked. He brought up an observation that I had never seen before when writing blogs on Socialism. It was that we have become a God-less country. Now hear me out…..

When you become God-less you still search for a God. It could be your job, your family, your hobby, your bottle of wine each night…..whatever it is-you will find a replacement to the one true God. With God removed from America it is natural for the people to want to replace God, and we are seeing that with Government. We are seeking to allow government to fill that role-fill that void. It’s horrible to witness poverty, the deterioration of the family structure, Veterans dying before they are seen by the VA, a single mom with 9 kids on welfare, shootings in schools, babies being aborted, small businesses shutdown….I could go on….

So what is the natural response?

“Somebody DO something!!!”

Instead of crying out to God….we are witnessing a crying out to Government. We want the Government to solve these problems. We want the government, that consists of very fallible individuals, to solve and fix it all!

But the government can’t.

It comes down to the individual.

What makes America exceptional, is it was founded upon the concept of the Individual. The idea that the Individual -the power of ONE-can change the world. The idea that one person can make a difference. America’s core foundation entailed protection to that Individual’s liberty to freely pursue all the dreams inside them. The Constitution shields the Individual, so that they may set out to pursue.

Protecting the Constitution wasn’t even mentioned Tuesday Night.

How far we have come….

Can we get back? Can we change course?

Yes. I believe we can.

But those we elect MUST see the vital need to protect the individual’s liberty and align fiercely with the Constitution.

The Government is not the answer. This country was founded to limit the governments role in our lives. Look at what has happened with MORE government involvement! The government is not God, nor should the Government replace God.

We must empower the One. The sole entity.

If we do this….we can change course. We can change the majorities mindset from  ‘DEPENDENCE’ to ‘INDEPENDENCE’ and that is what America is all about.

ONE can make a difference: Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa, Jesus, Gandhi, George Washington, Galileo, Columbus, Isaac Newton, Abraham Lincoln, Rosa Parks, Michelangelo, Mozart, Da Vinci, Aristotle, St. Paul, Susan B Anthony, Neil Armstrong, Walt Disney, Steve Jobs, Winston Churchill, Harriet Tubman, Margaret Thatcher…….the list is endless…..

Let’s Empower the Individual and elect those who will protect the Individual’s right to freedom and the freedom to pursue.

Being a Christian Mom in today’s world

Ten of my brothers and sisters in Christ were murdered yesterday. Had I been in that room with the gunman and had he asked me if I was a Christian, I would have said yes. My relationship with Jesus is the most valuable and priceless thing in the world to me….

I have watched the current Christian Holocaust taking place in the Middle East with tears in my eyes….

I have watched Christian Americans being told that their Constitutional rights of freedom of religion no longer hold value.

I have watched a Nation founded on Christian doctrine, become a nation of “whatever.”

I have watched God removed from schools.

I have watched prayer removed from schools.

I have watched church after church water down the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that no one be offended.

I have watched Christmas and Easter become holidays with no tie to the saving grace they represent.

I have watched Christianity become a lingo of ‘love’ with no road to redemption.

I have watched the biblical scriptures be twisted and perverted to fit agendas.

I have watched God’s chosen people of Israel be denied support from their allies.

I have watched political correctness suffocate the truth time and time again….

So much violence, so much rabid hate in the world today….

As a mom, I asked God daily for guidance on how to raise children in these trying times. How do you hold fast to your faith when the world hates it? How do you stand strong in the midst of the storm? How do you stay true to your beliefs when it is specifically being targeted by hate?

How?

We as Christians are called to be ‘in this world but not of it.’

Quite simply-if the world loves you-you are doing something wrong.

If all Jesus preached was ‘ooooey goooey-ness,’ He would have never been crucified.

But He was. He was murdered.

He was bruised, beaten, whipped, scorned, mocked, abused and tortured for this human race.

You see, that’s LOVE.

He cast out demons, healed the sick, preached forgiveness of sin -but he didn’t embrace sin-no he said: go and sin no more, he flipped over tables with anger, he befriended the unfriendly, and operated in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus was a Radical. He didn’t fit in and he knew he’d pay a price for it.

So how….how do you live in a world that despises Christ?

What is being a Christian?

Simply, a follower of Christ or like Christ. Jesus called followers of Christ to be like him, to do what he did.

Jesus knew his time on earth was for just a spec in time. But that spec in time changed the world.

If you follow Christ -you live this life knowing that it is a temporary holding tank to your eternity. But while you are in this holding tank, change your world-be radical-be like Christ.

Those students yesterday-knew this. They knew that this world offers nothing compared to what Jesus offers. They knew that uttering the words “yes” meant that they would soon be meeting the Creator-the Alpha and the Omega, the one that Was…Is….and Is to come.

A moment in the presence of God diminishes a lifetime here on earth, can you just imagine eternity with Him…..

Rest in peace my brothers and sisters-we will meet one day…..

I will speak for those who can not speak

I was in my first Trimester when the videos started coming out on Planned Parenthood and exposing how the organization sells unborn baby parts, illegally. I watched the videos of how they would pick apart a baby the same size as the one growing inside of me. I watched them talk about how different organs would be worth more than others. I watched them poke at a baby inside a petri dish….the exact same size of the baby safe within me was at the time.

I have recently had those I know come out in defense of Planned Parenthood, stating that that’s not all the organization is  about and that they are ‘good’ and really help a lot of women out. They take the outrage at Planned Parenthood personally….because they have been effected in a positive way by the organization.

Well as I write this I feel the baby inside my womb moving away. A kick here, a kick there…..and yes, it is personal.

We are a society of me. Me first. ME, ME, ME. Selflessness is a foreign concept. Self is the primary focus in our world.

“It’s all about you.”

I am an advocate for Individual Rights but what about the individual rights of the baby inside of me? Does he or she have rights, or are they just reserved for me?

At this point in my pregnancy (17 weeks), I could get an abortion no questions asked. Right now my baby is formed-eyes, ears, legs, arms, nose, mouth, all vital organs functioning….but he/she doesn’t have a say because….. why? Because of me? Why are my needs put above the needs of that of the life within me? Why is my life more valuable than the one growing inside of me? What makes me superior? Who is the judge of superiority? Is it because I don’t depend on another for my existence? If this were the case than I am superior to anyone with a pace maker, or on life support, or anyone who needs a transplant.

Why do I trump the life of the baby within me?

Because our broken, lost, hurting and confused society says so.

But my truth isn’t found in society. My moral compass isn’t found in the news, what a celebrity says, what my friends say, what the pundits say, what the polls say, what the President says, what the Pope says, what my Pastor says, what my parents say, or even what I say…..

No.

My truth is found in what God says. He says: “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb.” He knew I was going to exist and he knows of every life that has existed and that is going to exist. Whether that life exists for a long or short period of time…..but it is not for us to take innocent life, ever.

Planned Parenthood may have helped lots of women with contraception, healthcare needs and so forth….but they have also taken a lot of life. Millions of lives.

It goes against every moral fiber in my being to have any part of this. Allowing my tax dollars to fund an organization that takes life…..but not just that….sells the lives of those they have taken. There is the looming threat that Obama will shut down the government in the next few weeks, if Congress does not continue funding Planned Parenthood…..I say shut it down!

With Obamacare in effect -all healthcare needs that Planned Parenthood provides are now covered, there is no need to continue funding an organization that dismembers and sells aborted babies for profit.

Your experience with Planned Parenthood might have been great……but what if you had the chance to ask the 327,000 babies aborted last year by Planned Parenthood what their experience was like?

They had/have souls….

You see, I can speak for myself, I can yell, I can shout and I can let my voice be heard……but what of those who can not speak?
