Life is crazy busy right!? We often get so busy we forget to look up and look around. As a Christ follower, wife, momma of three, and small business owner life is already moving too fast!
A moment in my life that caused me to STOP, SLOW DOWN and LOOK UP, was when my dad ran for congress years ago. It was then I realized I had to start speaking up and speaking out about what happens in the world of politics, current events and culture...... and of course throw in a little satire when needed! ;)

If you are a half way informed individual who does their own research, you’ve been called “crazy,” or a “conspiracy theorist,” over the course of this last year and a half.
Now, those “crazy” theories many of us spoke up about are turning out to be true. Why? Well, because we refuse to follow like sheep and blindly believe what the mainstream media tells us to think.
I gotta admit, it is amusing watching those who arrogantly called us names just a short time ago -go completely SILENT.
It’s been a wild week. One of my kids just completed their last day of school for the year today, and the other two finish next Friday. Lots of end of the year activities, field trips etc. In the midst of all this I am sleeping on a cot in my basement while our popcorn ceiling is being removed 🤪.
I wasn’t planning on going LIVE and fitting in commentary this week but felt like I needed to address a few things.
It LOOKS like a hot mess out there, because IT IS A HOT MESS out there.
Why is it a mess?
Because SOCIALISM & COMMUNISM DO NOT WORK.
We’re currently looking at:
-Millions out of work
-Inflation
-Israel being attacked
-Iran now emboldened
-Higher gas prices
-Gas shortages
-Drugs pouring into our country
-Human trafficking at an all time high
-22k children without their parent at the southern border.
-Civil unrest
-Communist China not being held accountable at all for this last year
-Lumber prices up
-House prices up
-Cyber attacks on our oil pipelines

Let’s be honest though, the Left is fine with the list above, because they want Globalism. You can’t have thriving, liberty loving, independent individuals under globalism, people MUST BE DEPENDENT on Big Government. This hot mess is intentional. The left LOVES THIS.

Yes, it is crazy out there, but I do know this and I am confident in this -God has us. He does. None of this is a surprise to Him.

Man, have I been a busy mom these last couple weeks. I apologize for not getting a chance to shoot my normal weekly LIVE vlog. The month of May is crazy! End of the school year activities have kept me on the go -games, concerts, field trips, school projects, you name it! I haven’t stopped!

This vlog isn’t for everyone. It is specifically for my brothers and sisters in Christ.
I get how it looks like a hot mess out there right now. I feel the frustration and I too have felt moments of panic. In my last blog, I talked about a God spark. I do believe that God is on the move even in the midst of this dark situation we are in as a country and as a world.
In my time spent talking to God, I have asked “what do we do?” How do we as the body of Christ navigate through this? Admittedly, what I do is physical. Commentary, blogging, vlogging, satire and so forth. Though these things are great in reaching those that are seeking truth, this is not where the battle takes place. The REAL battle is a spiritual battle. Whether you see it or not, we are in a WAR. A war for our nation. Our nation is a FREE nation, but we are under assault right now. Our freedom is being attacked on all fronts.
It’s easy to get wrapped up in emotion over this. To argue with people who can’t see it. To scream at the opponent. To yell on social media. To get in heated debates over policies with people who really don’t understand policy. Often this leads to becoming critical of everything and everyone. All of these things are distractions. Distractions from the REAL Battle, the REAL fight.
