So vaccinations are continuing to be a hot topic, I have yet to form a solid opinion on whether or not a parent should be forced to vaccinate. The Libertarian in me says….ummmm heck “NO” the government should not force you to do anything against your will…..if they start meddling in our parenting, who knows where this could lead! Then there’s the momma side of me, ANYTHING to protect my kids!
I would love to hear your thoughts on this one!

Life is crazy busy right!? We often get so busy we forget to look up and look around. As a Christ follower, wife, momma of three, and small business owner life is already moving too fast!
A moment in my life that caused me to STOP, SLOW DOWN and LOOK UP, was when my dad ran for congress years ago. It was then I realized I had to start speaking up and speaking out about what happens in the world of politics, current events and culture...... and of course throw in a little satire when needed! ;)

I don’t think the government should force vaccination. That being said, they have every right to not allow unvaccinated kids into public schools for protection of other kids… though if the other kids have been vaccinated, I’m unclear on why it would be an issue. Doctors have the right to not accept patients who are unvaccinated. Private schools have a right to refuse unvaccinated kids. I don’t see why it would be necessary to force parents to vaccinate. If a parent does not want to vaccinate, then they should be willing to homeschool if necessary and find a Dr who is okay with it. As with most things, the best thing the feds could do is to stay out of it.
