I saw this quote and loved it!!!
It’s easy to get too busy to think and to question, but I think that questioning and contemplating is one of the greatest gifts we have been given. My son, almost 3, is starting to question. He’s not quite in the full blown stage of why-why-why, but we are heading in that direction and I think that’s awesome!
Why do you believe what you believe? Why do you think the way you think? If asked tough questions, can you answer them? If not, then find the answers. You don’t have to have ALL the answers, but to not search for them is a waste!
I read this article below, by the Wall Street Journal about the existence of God, and I felt compelled to share. I encourage you to not let another year go by without questioning things that really matter.
This life here on earth is but a mere vapor, “You do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.” James 4:14. I am without a doubt certain that you….yes you, are here for a reason. Your existence has meaning and you are not an accident. How do I know, because I have spent the time, questioning and asking…..and I have found many of the answers that I have sought. Do I have ALL the answers, no….but the BIG ones, I am checking off!
What I want to say is, -challenge your thoughts. Don’t let another year go by without asking the tough questions, facing the tough questions and seeking answers….I have found that most give up on the hunt, or they let another persons journey persuade their own journey. “For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them?” I Corinthians 2:11. We often assume of pre-judge, without going deeper….what’s wrong with going deeper…that’s where the answers are.
Ask, seek, and knock in 2015!
