I remember the night so clearly…….

My husband agreed to lay the kids down so I could stay glued to the T.V. I was constantly refreshing twitter for updates on polling stations and vote counts. My phone died, so I got my charger, plugged in my phone and was on the floor next to an outlet. I was praying. I was praying hard. When Florida came in, I started crying. I didn’t want to get too excited so I just kept praying and then Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Ohio……..At this moment, I felt frozen as if I was in a dream, a dream I didn’t want to wake up from. I started praising God. Thanking him for giving this country one more chance to return to him.

^“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12

This race was spiritual.

If you study God’s word, and are a believer in Christ you and I know that eventually darkness does fully inhabit the earth before Jesus returns. You can read Jesus’s word throughout the four Gospels about what this world is like before he returns -humanity allows darkness total reign.

We are witnessing the rise of Christian persecution across the globe, liberals are attempting to label anything they disagree with as hate speech, which is a direct assassination attempt at our free speech. What Jesus said two thousand years ago would have been pegged as hate speech today. Possible Democrat Presidential candidate Oprah Winfrey is encouraging women to “shout their abortion,” which in reality is “shout your murder” this is 100% contrary to what God’s word says about life and his creation. Liberal Hollywood is rampant with pedophilia, and many on the left are attempting to normalize this! The push by Democrats for lawlessness and open borders is one step closer to Globalism, which according to the Bible eventually happens before all hell breaks lose.

Before the 2016 election I was gathering regularly to pray with other believers who were spiritually in tune with what the election really meant.

Too many “Christians” were hung up on Trump’s abrasiveness and his secular behavior that they could not comprehend that God would use someone that was very imperfect to temporarily prevent what will eventually be because spiritually in-tune Christians prayed.  When you look at the real world changers in the Bible they were really imperfect human beings. The apostle Paul was killing Christians before his transformation. David was sleeping with another man’s wife and had the guy killed and Moses killed a guy too! Abraham slept with another woman because he doubted God would fulfill his promise to him. Peter lied and lied and lied-Jesus even called Peter “Satan” once! God uses imperfect people to do incredible things for Him.

I knew that Trump’s election was not just a Republican win but a spiritual win. The power of prayer pushed back darkness so that in this season we may see a revival in the church. Trump and his administration are huge advocates for religious liberty, the left wants to shut religious liberty down. This is our moment. This is our season. If Pastors across this country do not seize this moment, it will be lost forever.

That’s why November 6th is even more important than November 8th 2016. If Democrats take the House back, they will try to impeach Trump. They will usher in socialism which leads to Globalism. Many say that a President Pence would not be too bad, but Pence does not have what Trump has. Trump fights back. He does it in a uncouth way but he calls out the darkness and exposes it: the lying media, the corrupt Justice system, the disrespectful and ungrateful athletes, the crazed celebrities…….he calls them all out and this wakes people up! This alerts people to the deception that they themselves have been living in. Let’s remember Jesus was uncouth. He was so pissed off about people misusing the Temple “His father’s House” that he went and put together a whip and then drove people out of the temple using that whip. That is abrasive behavior! If I did this, people would think I was out totally of control!

This election is crucial. You, yes YOU must get involved! I have recently mentioned that I have joined a political action committee in Colorado to stop a socialist from becoming Governor because so much is at stake! I had to get more locally involved because I can’t sit by hoping that someone else will speak up and speak out. We have to stop looking at someone else to be the truth, we must be the truth! We have to support Republicans in the HOUSE and SENATE because what is at stake is so much more then a political agenda. This November 6th, we have to use our voice at the ballot box. We must unite behind Trump through our vote! Do not be complacent, be active, be informed and be vigilant!
